Like many of our reds, this wine has been given generous barrel aging and cellaring time before release, ensuring it's drinking beautifully from the moment you get your hands on it. 

A truly boutique little batch, grown among the gums on our little estate and receiving countless hours of our time and attention both in the vineyard and the barrel. 

The aroma is full of blackcurrant, ripe blueberry, and dark cherry, complemented by fresh herbs and some subtle eucalypt. Give it a little decanting time to fully reveal its classic Eden Valley character—rich dark fruit and chocolate notes balanced by firm, mouth-coating tannins that mellow into a smooth, lingering finish. Expect layers of complexity and roundness to develop over time with further careful cellaring.
